best way to move across the country?

I'm probably going to be moving from Cincinnati to Florida for a job --- I wondered if it would be cheaper to just sell all my stuff here and there are things new, or should I keep my things and throw down there ... if you think I should keep it, there is a cheap way to move it? I come from a one bedroom apartment .. are big things chairs, bed, toilet, living room tables, dining table and chairs, bakers / wine rack, buffet table, TV, stereo --- I do not know - seems very much lowered - but too much to replace (and my mattress is less than one year old.) What do you think?

I am moving from mass to AK and better 2 do is sell as many things as possible and start again, and will make the movement more exciting i! have moved more times than I want too ..
