Your favorite lasagna recipes?
I have not made lasagna in years I'm doing tomorrow night for my parents. I have the basics and some good ideas, but I want you here foodies:) I'm definitely with onion, garlic, peppers, spinach and roasted mushrooms in the oven to enhance the flavor of balsamic olive oil and then the processor food and sauce, tomatoes and wine. hmmm I need more!
I just had to let you know that your questions makes me hungry! You'll probably to laugh or disagree with my answer and you're a chef, but I have to admit that Stouffer actually has very good lasagna flavor. lol By the way, the recipe sounds delicious.
